Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to provide technical leadership across multiple product teams. The role focuses on guiding the evolution of enterprise‑grade applications, refactoring legacy code, and promoting high‑quality engineering practices without formal management duties.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for frontend and backend systems.
• Lead incremental refactoring of Angular and Spring Boot codebases to improve modularity, testability, and performance.
• Promote Extreme Programming practices such as test‑driven development, continuous integration, and pair programming.
• Review code for design quality, security, and operational reliability while mentoring engineers.
• Architect reusable frontend components and scalable backend services using modern frameworks.
• Guide responsible use of AI‑assisted development tools to streamline coding, testing, and documentation.
• Evaluate technical trade‑offs between delivery speed and long‑term maintainability.

Required profile

• Extensive experience building and maintaining enterprise applications with Angular and Spring Boot.
• Proven track record of refactoring complex legacy systems and managing technical debt.
• Deep knowledge of software design principles, clean architecture, and domain modeling.
• Expertise in automated testing across frontend and backend layers, including unit, integration, and contract testing.
• Experience implementing XP practices such as TDD and CI in production environments.
• Ability to influence technical stakeholders and mentor engineers without formal authority.
