Senior People Operations Specialist

About the role

Foodics is seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to lead HR operations across its portfolio in KSA, UAE, the UK and the wider MENA region. The role ensures flawless payroll processing, benefits administration, employee lifecycle management and strict compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end employee journey, from contract preparation and onboarding to promotions, transfers, off‑boarding and issuance of experience certificates.
• Prepare, verify and submit accurate payroll inputs, manage monthly payroll runs and coordinate with finance for payroll accounting.
• Administer employee benefits, particularly medical/health insurance, handling policy renewals, additions, deletions and claim inquiries.
• Maintain and audit employee data in the HR Information System, providing configuration, reporting and query support.
• Ensure 100 % compliance with labour laws, social insurance registrations, contributions, filings and interactions with labour offices.
• Update HR policies, handbooks and employment templates to reflect current legal requirements.
• Manage government inspections, audits and surveys, preparing required documentation and acting as primary contact.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in People Operations or HR administration across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of labour legislation and statutory benefits in KSA, UAE, the UK and other MENA countries.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee data and documentation.
