Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT programs, ensuring they meet objectives, stay within budget and align with organisational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define program objectives, develop comprehensive execution plans and prepare detailed budgets.
• Monitor and adjust budgets, track costs and ensure financial compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks; resolve issues to keep programs on schedule and on scope.
• Apply recognised project‑management methodologies and tools to manage milestones, deliverables and dependencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, department heads and project teams; gather requirements and provide regular updates.
• Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
• Conduct program evaluations, capture lessons learned and produce detailed reports with progress metrics and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience managing IT programs or projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
