Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor Engineer to join a dynamic team delivering high‑impact construction and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will lead cost management, contract administration and financial control across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets and tender documents for construction projects.
• Manage project costs, monitor expenditures and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Evaluate contractor claims, variations and change orders.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments related to project costs.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants and contractors to align financial matters.
• Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, industry standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or cost engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, preferably FIDIC.
• Proven experience in cost planning, contract administration and claims management.
• Professional certification such as MRICS is an advantage.
