Senior Site Engineer – Saudi National (Construction)

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer who is a Saudi national to join its construction management team in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing on‑site construction activities, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and compliance with technical specifications and design drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities and ensure contractors follow approved plans, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to resolve on‑site technical issues and clashes.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental standards to maintain a zero‑incident environment.
• Track progress against the baseline schedule, identify delays, and develop recovery plans with contractors.
• Witness inspections and testing, ensuring materials and workmanship meet quality standards and the Saudi Building Code.
• Review and approve daily site reports, material submittals, and RFIs.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum 7 years of field experience in site engineering and construction management on large‑scale projects.
• Active registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Proven leadership ability to manage contractors and junior engineers.
