Join a fast-paced, cutting-edge automotive environment where you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration and performance of our vehicle software. As a Software Support Engineer, you will be at the heart of our technical operations, bridging the gap between development, manufacturing, and real-world vehicle performance.
Missions principales
- Provide hands-on technical support for internal development fleets, production lines, and customer vehicles.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software and hardware system issues in both development and production stages.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Software, Hardware, Validation, Quality) and external suppliers to ensure system availability.
- Support software and hardware integration, validation, and release activities.
- Manage incident reporting and contribute to technical reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately one weekend per month).
Profil recherché
- Proactive professional with a strong technical background in automotive software systems.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting complex integrated systems in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative setting with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving in factory and field settings.
Competences requises
- Expertise in Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) and telemetry data analysis (Grafana).
- Proficiency with Vector tools (CANoe, CANalyzer).
- Deep knowledge of UDS services (Routine Control, Security Access, diagnostic sessions, data transfer/download).
- Strong understanding of automotive communication protocols and embedded systems.
