Senior Team Manager – Quality Poultry

About the role

The Senior Team Manager will coordinate all quality‑related aspects of poultry processing at Almarai’s plant in Hail, reporting to the Assistant QA Manager for Primary and the Site QA Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure compliance of poultry quality processes with ISO‑22000 and Almarai’s Quality Management System.
• Lead multidisciplinary work groups on quality issues and conduct quality awareness programmes.
• Manage both national and expatriate staff, fostering a strong quality culture.
• Perform quality audits and implement corrective actions in line with APD and ISO standards.
• Coordinate packaging and meat‑processing operations to meet quality specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a quality role within a meat‑processing plant, preferably poultry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO‑22000, quality management systems and quality audits.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
