Site Manager – Data Center Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Site Manager to lead the on‑site execution of a critical program comprising three major data‑center projects. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be the primary authority on‑site, ensuring delivery meets strict timelines, quality standards and commercial targets while managing a high‑profile client.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day construction activities for three large‑scale data‑center facilities.
• Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams, including civil, structural, and MEP trades.
• Ensure compliance with data‑center standards, MEP design, and commissioning procedures.
• Monitor progress against schedule, budget and quality metrics, and report to stakeholders.
• Manage client relationships, addressing expectations and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee contract administration and commercial performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of overall experience with at least 8 years as a Site Manager or Senior Construction Manager on large‑scale data‑center projects.
• Proven track record delivering mission‑critical facilities such as hyperscale or colocation data centres.
• Experience working in the Middle East is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to operate in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• MEP systems design and integration.
• Data‑center commissioning processes.
• Knowledge of data‑center standards (e.g., TIA‑942, Uptime Institute).
• Civil and structural construction management for large facilities.
