Social Media Officer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Officer to lead our digital presence in Jeddah. The role combines content creation, paid advertising, and community management to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies aligned with current digital trends.
• Create and edit short‑form video content for Instagram, Snapchat, Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Produce high‑quality bilingual (Arabic & English) content for multiple platforms.
• Design marketing materials, campaign banners and promotional assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Freepik.
• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and improve conversion rates.
• Oversee online communities and maintain positive brand engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Canva and Freepik.
• Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel.
• Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Merchant Center.
• SEO and website integration for conversion tracking.
• Short‑form video creation for Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Paid advertising on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn platforms.
