Stewarding Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Stewarding Manager to lead the stewarding operations for the upcoming Hyatt Place Al Ula. This role will be critical in ensuring the kitchen and service areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene as the hotel prepares to welcome both leisure and business travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily stewarding operations to maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards across kitchen and service areas.
• Supervise the stewarding team, create shift schedules, and ensure adequate staffing.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to support smooth workflow and timely service.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Maintain sanitation standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen operations with proven supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Ability to manage workload in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organization and communication skills, with fluent English.
