Supply Chain Lead

About the role

The Supply Chain Lead will oversee end‑to‑end supply chain operations, ensuring product availability, cost efficiency and compliance with company policies. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive operational excellence across procurement, inventory, logistics and supplier performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all supply chain activities to maintain smooth operations.
• Develop and implement strategies that improve performance and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Collaborate with procurement to source materials and products on time.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Analyze supply chain data and report on key performance indicators.
• Identify risks and create contingency plans for disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and industry standards.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement or inventory management, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Leadership experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
