Tower Crane Operator – Construction Site

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and safety‑conscious Tower Crane Operator to join our construction team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for operating tower cranes safely, coordinating lifts, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations on site.

Key responsibilities

• Operate tower cranes to lift, move, and position materials, equipment, and structural components according to approved lifting plans.
• Conduct daily pre‑operational inspections of crane components, load indicators, brakes, and safety devices.
• Maintain precise control of hoisting, slewing, trolley, and lowering functions while responding to radio communications and hand signals.
• Monitor weather conditions and cease operations when wind speed or visibility exceeds safe limits.
• Document inspections, logbook entries, and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Participate in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE training sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating tower cranes on construction projects.
• Strong awareness of Saudi Civil Defense, OSHA, and company HSE standards.
• Ability to perform thorough pre‑operational inspections and report defects promptly.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with riggers, signalmen, and site supervisors.
