Trainee Lawyer

About the role

Fahad AlSwailem Holdings is looking for a motivated Trainee Lawyer to join its legal team in Riyadh. This position offers the chance to gain hands‑on experience across litigation, corporate and commercial matters within a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior lawyers with litigation, corporate and commercial cases.
• Draft legal documents, memoranda, contracts and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions.
• Support court filings, case management and regulatory submissions.
• Help manage commercial disputes, corporate governance, contracts and compliance matters.
• Track cases and procedures through government and judicial platforms.
• Maintain organized legal files and accurate records.
• Participate in meetings, hearings and client consultations as required.
• Utilize AI tools and legal‑technology platforms to enhance productivity and research efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of legal experience (internship or professional).
• Excellent Arabic drafting and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to professional standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace applications.
• Experience using AI tools and legal‑technology platforms.
