Wellness Marketing Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Wellness Marketing Supervisor to support the development and implementation of marketing strategies for assigned products. The role combines commercial insight with a solid medical and scientific background, and benefits from prior experience as a Medical Trainer to ensure accurate product knowledge transfer to healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans, campaigns and strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct in‑depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking, customer insights and identify unmet medical needs.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Sales, Regulatory and R&D to guarantee scientific accuracy and compliance.
• Provide scientific and training expertise for marketing materials and communication.
• Train and support the sales force with advanced product knowledge, medical insights and messaging.
• Design and deliver workshops, webinars and scientific events for internal teams and healthcare professionals.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance, prepare forecasts and analyse ROI of marketing activities.
• Support new product launches, lifecycle management and brand differentiation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• MBA in Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
• 2‑3 years experience in product management or marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proficient in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
