Account Manager – Oil & Gas Projects

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to join our team in Al Hasha. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Oversee project progress and coordinate with internal teams.
• Manage contracts, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor key accounts, provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.
• Develop strategies to improve client satisfaction and drive business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in account and relationship management, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Strong negotiation, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with project management and coordination.
• Analytical mindset with reporting and performance‑assessment skills.
• Organizational excellence and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, onsite environment.
