Account Manager (Strategic Customer)

About the role

Ericsson is seeking an experienced Account Manager to deepen our partnership with a strategic customer. You will act as the trusted liaison between the customer and Ericsson, translating business priorities into profitable opportunities while ensuring a consistent value proposition.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with executives, managers and operational teams across the customer organization.
• Map stakeholder structures, develop engagement plans and align Ericsson solutions with customer needs.
• Identify, qualify and drive business opportunities from concept through contract negotiation and execution.
• Coordinate internal Ericsson teams—including solution, service delivery, finance, legal and product groups—to deliver seamless proposals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, account governance and post‑sale customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven account management or consultative sales experience in telecommunications, ICT or a similarly complex B2B environment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multi‑stage sales cycles.

Required skills

• Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Experience with contract negotiation and commercial risk management.
