Accountant

About the role

The Clinics is seeking a diligent Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the preparation of financial reports. The role ensures compliance with internal policies and Saudi Arabian regulations while collaborating with other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Record, review, and maintain daily accounting transactions and journal entries.
• Manage and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Review invoices, payment requests, and financial claims before processing.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor and record company revenues, expenses, and other financial transactions.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations and statements.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Maintain accurate fixed‑asset records, including additions, disposals, and depreciation.
• Provide documentation for internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with other departments to exchange required financial information.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and financial regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial and company information.

Required profile

• Adherence to company policies, confidentiality, and security of financial data.
• Ability to work accurately and professionally under pressure.
• Willingness to perform additional accounting‑related duties as assigned by the manager.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting and financial software systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
