Accountant – Operations (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Accounting Operations team in Makkah is looking for a diligent professional to support day‑to‑day general ledger processes, client interactions, and financial reporting. This full‑time position offers the chance to develop core accounting expertise while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement accounting projects and SOP audits across the property.
• Perform ledger reconciliation, account balancing, and discrepancy resolution.
• Generate accurate financial reports, presentations, and period‑end statements.
• Conduct credit reference checks and verify contracts for direct‑billed groups.
• Monitor tax obligations, ensure timely collection/accrual, and maintain a strong control environment.
• Support other units with budgeting policies, asset safeguarding, and operational controls.

Required profile

• 4‑year bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (no experience required) OR
• 2‑year degree with at least 1 year of relevant finance/accounting experience.
