Accounting Manager

About the role

The Accounting Manager will lead the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with policies, and timely reporting. Based in Saudi Arabia, the role supports revenue objectives and safeguards organizational assets through robust internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly closing process, including preparation of trial balance and financial statements.
• Review and sign all vouchers (BPV, CPV, JV, RV) to ensure correct cost coding and cost centre allocation.
• Manage bank reconciliations for all current accounts and monitor bank liabilities.
• Conduct vendor reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounts payable records.
• Supervise depreciation of fixed assets and verify appropriate expense allocation.
• Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure all transactions are posted to the general ledger correctly.
• Lead internal control initiatives and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Support strategic clients by providing assistance with account management and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to manage month‑end close, bank and vendor reconciliations, and depreciation processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
