Join Network International as an Acquiring Sales Officer and play a pivotal role in driving our merchant acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for expanding our market footprint, managing sales pipelines, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new merchants to fuel revenue growth.

Missions principales

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new merchants within assigned segments.
  • Manage and develop existing client relationships to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify emerging opportunities and monitor competitive trends.
  • Promote and sell company products and services by clearly articulating their unique features and benefits.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular, detailed performance reports.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and approval authorities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee smooth merchant integration and service delivery.
  • Handle client inquiries, objections, and complaints with the highest level of professionalism.

Profil recherché

  • Proven track record of high performance in sales or client-facing roles.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales, relationship management, or business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong autonomy with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong orientation towards customer success and results.

Competences requises

  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM/internal sales systems.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage client objections professionally.
