Administrative Assistant – Luxury Resort (Local Talent)

About the role

Six Senses Southern Dunes is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and uphold the brand’s values of sustainability, wellness, and emotional hospitality. The role is based on‑site at the resort and involves interacting with guests, staff, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors and callers, handle inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
• Operate office equipment and manage routine correspondence, meeting notes, and reports.
• Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records and communications.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required by supervisors.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines, service standards, and LQA quality benchmarks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of secretarial or administrative experience in a resort, hotel, or similar hospitality setting.
• Hospitality diploma or degree from a recognized school is preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency preferred.
