AI Consultant – Energy Sector (Middle East)

About the role

As an AI Consultant focused on the Energy sector across the Middle East, you will partner with leading Oil & Gas and Utilities clients to identify and accelerate AI transformation opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping AI strategies, operating models and adoption roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage senior client leaders to understand business priorities and define value‑driven AI initiatives.
• Develop AI strategies, operating models, transformation roadmaps, and executive‑level business cases.
• Collaborate with solution architects, engineering, delivery, sales and ecosystem partners to design and deliver AI solutions.
• Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews and proof‑of‑concept planning to move opportunities from discussion to engagement.
• Support presales activities including opportunity qualification, solution shaping, proposal development and ROI modelling.
• Contribute to regional market demand, evolve AI service offerings and feed client insights back into go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, business transformation, AI, data or analytics.
• Proven track record delivering AI, machine‑learning, generative AI or digital transformation projects for Oil & Gas and Utilities clients in the Middle East/Africa.
• Strong ability to craft AI strategies, operating models, transformation roadmaps and executive‑level narratives.
• Experience in presales, opportunity qualification and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; fluency in English (Arabic preferred).
• Willingness to travel across the region.
