Angular Frontend Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Angular Frontend Team Lead to head our frontend development team in Riyadh. The role combines deep Angular expertise with technical leadership, mentoring, and a focus on delivering high‑quality, scalable web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor frontend developers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement scalable frontend architectures using Angular and TypeScript.
• Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure software quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, UX/UI, and product teams to meet business requirements.
• Drive frontend performance optimization, security, and responsive design.
• Plan and prioritize development tasks to ensure timely project delivery.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support production stability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of frontend development experience with strong Angular and TypeScript expertise.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring frontend development teams.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
