Application Analyst Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Application Analyst Specialist to analyze, design, and implement IT applications that support business requirements within a healthcare environment. The role involves collaborating with business users, developing documentation, and delivering analytical reports.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and implement IT applications to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and process maps.
• Collaborate with users to identify and resolve system issues.
• Conduct testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing of system functionality.
• Generate analytical and performance reports using SQL and reporting tools.
• Provide training and support to end users and assist in system integration and data validation for healthcare platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in IT systems analysis, programming, testing and implementation.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and revenue cycle workflows.
• Experience with RCM platforms and healthcare billing systems, preferably Santechture “Robin RCM”.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• SQL for report development.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience with RCM platforms (e.g., Santechture Robin RCM).
