Architect BIM Engineer – Jeddah

About the role

The Architect BIM Engineer will support project teams by creating accurate architectural BIM models and drawings that meet project requirements and BIM standards. Working under senior supervision, you will focus on modelling, documentation, and coordination across disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update architectural BIM models in Revit according to drawings, specifications, and BIM standards.
• Produce architectural plans, sections, elevations, and details extracted from the BIM model.
• Maintain model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
• Assist in BIM coordination with structural and MEP disciplines, including clash detection support.
• Incorporate design changes, RFIs, and comments into the model promptly.
• Ensure proper model structure, naming conventions, and file management.
• Support quantity take‑offs and basic scheduling from BIM models when needed.
• Follow company BIM standards, workflows, and QA/QC procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in a technical engineering role, preferably with BIM exposure.
• Internship or fresh graduate experience on BIM‑based projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with site or technical office workflows is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Revit and AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Understanding of BIM fundamentals such as LOD, model coordination, families, views, and sheets.
• Basic knowledge of Dynamo for Revit (advantage).
• Basic experience with Navisworks for clash detection (advantage).
