Architectural Engineer – Design & Construction

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team, contributing to the creation of high‑quality concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed construction drawings for real‑estate, hospitality and mixed‑use projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and refining concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare and review design packages, tender documentation, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, MEP, structural and project management teams to ensure design integrity.
• Review consultants’ drawings for compliance with project standards and codes.
• Support preparation of submissions for authority approvals and permitting processes.
• Participate in coordination and design review meetings with consultants and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify adherence to design intent, and resolve construction‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably within real‑estate development, hospitality, or mixed‑use projects.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Experience with visualization and presentation tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Lumion.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination processes.
