Area Manager Internship – Operations (Riyadh)

About the role

Amazon is seeking ambitious students to join its Operations team in Riyadh as Area Manager Interns. You will work within fulfillment, sortation, and delivery centers, gaining hands‑on experience in how Amazon delivers millions of orders to customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational data and map processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop, test, and implement solutions that enhance the efficiency of fulfillment and delivery operations.
• Collaborate with managers, technology teams, and front‑line associates to solve complex business challenges.
• Support a safe, productive work environment while meeting customer expectations.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program and available for a 3‑to‑6‑month full‑time internship starting Q2 2027.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dive deep into data.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Interest in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
