Area Manager – Last Mile Operations (Amazon Now)

About the role

Amazon Now is expanding its ultra‑fast grocery service across Saudi Arabia and is looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead the last‑mile network. You will oversee a multi‑channel delivery operation, working with delivery service partners and third‑party carriers to ensure rapid, reliable service for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise last‑mile operations across multiple sites and dark stores.
• Manage relationships with delivery service partners and third‑party carriers.
• Collaborate with finance, DEX, HR, tech/product, projects and procurement teams.
• Drive innovation, test new ideas and enforce best practices in safety, quality, speed and cost.
• Maintain health and safety standards and promote a strong safety culture.
• Measure performance, provide feedback and support team development.
• Partner with regional teams to share and implement best practices.

Required profile

• Hands‑on approach with strong project‑management capabilities.
