Area Manager – Specialty Coffee

About the role

Qureos Inc is looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead multiple specialty coffee outlets in Riyadh. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium customer experience across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of several coffee shops within the assigned region.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams.
• Maintain brand standards, product quality, and customer service excellence.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and implement improvement plans.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, and Training on business initiatives.
• Manage staffing, employee development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and local regulatory compliance.
• Support new store openings, renovations, and operational projects.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of multi‑unit experience in specialty coffee, café, or F&B.
• Minimum 3 years in an Area/District/Regional Manager role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales, operational, and financial targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian or GCC market preferred.
