Area Manager – Specialty Coffee

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to lead our specialty coffee stores in Riyadh. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent high‑quality service across multiple locations while driving sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of several specialty coffee stores within the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to guarantee product and service standards.
• Monitor store performance through regular visits, audits, and data analysis.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve margins, and enhance customer experience.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate store managers on leadership, management techniques, and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Participate in recruitment, selection, and onboarding of store managers and key staff.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering processes, and stock accuracy across all stores.
• Identify operational challenges promptly and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the specialty coffee industry, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Proven track record of managing multiple retail locations and achieving business targets.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
