About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled subject‑matter expert to join Sincerus’s Training Team and support partner‑nation THAAD firing units. The role focuses on preparing units for Table VIII training by evaluating, communicating, and managing data on incoming aerial and missile threats.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for evaluation and communication of data concerning enemy aerial and missile threats and aerial surveillance operations.
• Provide instruction on Launch Control Station (LCS) components, including CDLIM, KIV‑7 encryptor, SATCOM, Cisco network switch, DERG, and JREAP protocols.
• Teach the use and interpretation of J‑series messages within air‑defense decision‑making.
• Maintain and troubleshoot computer data links and networks that enable early detection, tracking, and situational awareness from surface to space.
• Integrate systems that deliver critical data for air‑space superiority, threat destruction, and sustained defense operations.
• Collaborate with Sincerus systems instructors and 14H instructors to deliver high‑quality THAAD operational training.

Required profile

• Minimum two years’ experience in a U.S. Army THAAD battery.
• Doctor’s certificate of health, up‑to‑date immunizations for designated countries, background check and secret clearance, and an active passport.
• Experience as an MOS 14H in a U.S. Army Patriot Battalion or THAAD battery is preferred.
• Previously Table VIII certified LCS operator and forward‑deployed operational experience is a plus.
