Assistant Development Manager - Real Estate

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for an Assistant Development Manager for real estate in Al Khobar. The role supports the planning, coordination and execution of real estate development projects, working closely with the Development Manager so that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing real estate development projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
• Support risk management and ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Assist in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
• Help plan and run project marketing and sales strategies.
• Ensure quality assurance across all project stages.
• Take part in budgeting and financial forecasting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in real estate development or construction project management.
• Strong understanding of real estate development processes, including planning, design and construction.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage several projects.
• Knowledge of local real estate regulations and compliance requirements.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
