Assistant Manager - Cybersecurity Threat Management

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an Assistant Manager to lead its Cybersecurity Threat Management program. The role will drive threat intelligence, incident response and proactive threat hunting to protect critical assets and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the threat management program, including collection, analysis and dissemination of threat intelligence.
• Oversee incident detection and response activities, ensuring timely handling of security incidents.
• Develop and implement advanced threat hunting and mitigation strategies aligned with organizational risk.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance threat intelligence sharing.
• Manage and mentor the threat management team, fostering skill development.
• Prepare and present threat intelligence reports and risk assessments to senior leadership.
• Stay current on emerging threats, tactics and technologies and integrate them into processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards, policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity threat management, incident response or related areas.
• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CTIA or GCIH are highly desirable.
