Assistant Manager – Sales

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Sales supports the solicitation and handling of sales opportunities, ensuring timely business turnover and effective service delivery. The role leads day‑to‑day sales activities, builds long‑term value‑based customer relationships and strives to meet personal sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, coordinate with off‑property sales channels, and participate in sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips and trade shows.
• Participate in sales calls, generate proposals, write contracts and manage customer correspondence to acquire and close new business.
• Identify market trends, competitor strengths and economic factors to maximize revenue and close optimal opportunities for the location.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, uphold company service standards, gather guest feedback and promote loyalty.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 2 years sales/marketing experience.
• OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with no prior work experience required.
