Assistant Manager - Sales Operations

About the role

Bayut is seeking an Assistant Manager – Sales Operations to lead the end‑to‑end execution of post‑sale transaction processes for its KSA marketplace. The role ensures that payments are verified, documentation is compliant, and sales agreements are correctly managed, supporting predictable revenue recovery and smooth transaction closure for both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, verification and timely submission of customer payment proofs.
• Coordinate with Finance to confirm payments, reconcile records and track payment‑related service level agreements.
• Review and validate booking forms, ensuring alignment with CRM records and payment details.
• Manage the issuance, receipt, signing and verification of Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPAs) and maintain audit‑ready documentation logs.
• Support revenue recognition by confirming that all documentation and verification criteria are met before invoicing.
• Prepare transaction visibility reports covering DP vs SPA aging, closed‑won status and developer‑wise recovery readiness.
• Liaise with Sales, Documentation, Finance and Developers to ensure timely SPA sharing, acknowledgements and compliance with agreed timelines.
• Provide internal sales teams with operational support via a dedicated hotline and assist customers with transaction‑related queries, complaints and refunds.
• Identify execution gaps, bottlenecks or recurring issues and propose process improvements to reduce leakage.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage and guide associate‑level team members in a fast‑paced operations environment.
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills across Sales, Finance, Development and Customer Support functions.
• Attention to detail with a focus on compliance to policies, SOPs and audit requirements.
• Analytical mindset to track performance metrics and suggest efficiency enhancements.
