Assistant Program Manager – Program Management

About the role

Jadaya is looking for an Assistant Manager in Program Management to lead multiple projects, ensure strategic alignment, and deliver results on time, within scope, and on budget. You will act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, drive operational efficiency, and mentor project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and define program plans, objectives, scope, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to create schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Execute governance checks and oversee the execution of related projects.
• Allocate resources across projects, manage interdependencies, and optimize workflow.
• Maintain stakeholder communication, manage expectations, and ensure engagement.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions.
• Track program performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Support budget forecasting and allocation exercises.
• Promote project management best practices and continuous improvement.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent (mandatory).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project and program management.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects or program portfolios.
• Strong strategic alignment, stakeholder management, and delivery experience.
