About the role

Parsons is seeking a motivated Associate Civil Engineer to join its Tamkeen Program in Saudi Arabia. This entry‑level position offers a structured rotational experience across several engineering disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a variety of civil engineering tasks using basic engineering techniques and analyses.
• Support project controls, procurement, and construction management activities.
• Utilise CAE (computer‑aided engineering) and CAD tools for design and analysis.
• Travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 0+ years of related work experience (entry level).
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Basic engineering knowledge in civil (and optionally electrical or mechanical) disciplines.
• Familiarity with CAD and other PC software packages used in engineering.
