Associate Manager Network Security Operations

About the role

The Associate Manager will provide senior oversight for network security operations across multiple engagements, ensuring governance, performance monitoring and alignment with organisational standards. This role acts as a key liaison between delivery teams, the Delivery Manager and senior leadership, driving transparency and effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Provide management oversight across teams and engagements, focusing on governance and performance.
• Monitor delivery performance and high‑level progress against objectives and SLAs.
• Identify, track and resolve risks, issues and escalations through appropriate delivery channels.
• Oversee team utilization, workload balance and capability development.
• Support performance feedback and maintain a sustainable operating model.
• Act as senior interface between delivery teams, the Delivery Manager and leadership to ensure clear expectations.
• Support governance forums, management reporting, audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Expert‑level knowledge of Network Security Operations (P4 – Expert).
• Proven experience in management oversight, governance and performance monitoring across teams.
• Strong ability to identify and manage risks, issues and escalations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
