Associate Planning & Performance Management Analyst

About the role

The Associate Planning & Performance Management Analyst supports the Planning & Performance Management (P&PM) function in business planning, performance tracking and measurement, performance analysis, and accountability reporting. Working closely with P&PM analysts, the role develops analytical findings, insights, and recommendations that drive business performance and inform management decisions. The analyst also contributes to reports, presentations, and other analytical deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Support P&PM analysts in developing analytical findings and recommendations related to business planning, performance management, and accountability activities.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of business planning activities, including analysis and development of supporting materials.
• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze relevant business and performance data for tracking and measurement.
• Identify trends, variances, key performance indicators, and areas requiring management attention.
• Prepare performance reports, management presentations, dashboards, and other P&PM deliverables.
• Provide accurate and timely analytical information for accountability reporting to stakeholders.
• Translate business and performance data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with P&PM team members and internal stakeholders to support planning and performance initiatives.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations clearly through written reports and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, MIS, or a related discipline.
• 0 to 3 years of professional experience in planning, performance management, business analysis, finance, or accounting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to analyze business and performance information and convey findings effectively.
• Preferred certifications: CMA, CFA, CPA, or KPI‑related certification.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 (or 4.0 on a 5.0) scale.
