About the role
We are seeking a Banquets Manager to lead our banquet operations at The Luxury Collection in Riyadh. The role involves directing a team to deliver high‑quality service, managing financial and administrative responsibilities, and ensuring every event meets our luxury standards.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all banquet operations, including supply management (china, glass, silver, buffet presentations, props).
- Control costs and inventory using banquet beverage records and perpetual inventory systems.
- Schedule and supervise banquet service staff to meet service standards while maximizing profitability.
- Lead and develop the banquet team through regular meetings, goal setting, and performance feedback.
- Act as liaison between banquet and kitchen staff, ensuring seamless event execution.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum two years of experience in event management, food and beverage, or a related professional area.
