About the role

The Bill Collector & Credit Supervisor supports the finance team at a leading hospitality brand, ensuring accurate billing, invoice processing, and credit management. The role involves reviewing financial documents, handling guest and vendor inquiries, and overseeing collections to maintain cash flow.

Key responsibilities

Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.
Process credit card vouchers, advance deposits, tax exemptions, and other financial documents.
Conduct credit checks, follow up on past‑due accounts, and manage collections for guarantee service accounts.
Respond to disputes from guests, credit card companies, and banks, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain accurate financial records, journals, ledgers, and computerized data.

Required profile

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of related finance or accounting experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
No specific license or certification required.
