Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity/IAM

About the role

Paramount Computer Systems is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the sales of Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for expanding the customer base, driving revenue growth, and positioning our portfolio of security offerings with enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the regional market.
• Generate leads, qualify opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from presentation to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT and Information Security stakeholders.
• Collaborate with presales and technical teams on demos, RFP/RFI responses and solution proposals.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate IAM and Cybersecurity solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while managing key accounts.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in IT sales/business development.
• Minimum 4 years of experience selling Cybersecurity solutions.
• 4–5 years of experience in the Saudi Arabian regional market.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
