Business Development Manager – LGFS (Middle East, Turkey & Africa)

About the role
Lenovo is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead growth of Lenovo Global Financial Services (LGFS) across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa, with a primary focus on building new business in Saudi Arabia. This customer‑facing position will introduce financing, leasing and subscription solutions to Lenovo’s customers, partners and internal sales teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own LGFS business development and funded‑volume performance across the META territory.
- Build a qualified pipeline and acquire new customers, especially greenfield opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
- Identify, structure and progress financing, leasing, subscription and consumption‑based deals for Lenovo products and services.
- Engage executives, finance teams, procurement leaders and IT decision‑makers to position financing as a strategic sales enabler.
- Partner with Lenovo sales and services teams to increase LGFS penetration and support customer engagements.
- Develop relationships with channel organizations, financial institutions and local funding partners.
- Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate with legal, credit, finance and operations to close contracts.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in D365 and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, economics or a related field.
- Proven experience in asset finance or leasing, with ability to explain and position financing structures.
- Successful track record in business development, consultative sales or customer acquisition within vendor finance, banking or financial services.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, capable of conducting meetings, presentations and negotiations in both languages.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi, Gulf or broader META commercial environment; multi‑country experience preferred.
- Experience collaborating with third‑party funders, financial institutions, channel partners or technology vendors is advantageous.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize across a large, culturally varied territory and travel regularly.
