Business Process Analyst

About the role

The Business Process Analyst will work within the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to analyse, design and improve business processes, driving operational efficiency and supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and document current processes, workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies.
• Design and implement optimized processes aligned with the organisation’s transformation strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop process models using mapping methodologies and support automation initiatives.
• Conduct compliance checks against corporate standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Support teams during rollout of new processes and continuous-improvement activities.
• Monitor KPIs and process performance to evaluate impact and enable data-driven decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes, policies and system interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement or transformation management, preferably in a TMO environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous-learning mindset and adaptability to evolving business needs.

Required skills

• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Experience with process mapping and workflow automation concepts.
• Proficiency in data analysis for performance monitoring.
• Certification in Business Process Management (BPM) or related quality-management standards is a plus.
