Cabin Crew – Recruitment Event

About the role

Riyadh Air is seeking enthusiastic cabin crew members to join its inaugural fleet. The recruitment event takes place in Shanghai, after which successful candidates will be based in Riyadh and operate worldwide flights representing Saudi hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and security of passengers throughout each flight.
• Deliver premium in‑flight service that reflects Saudi warmth and hospitality.
• Perform safety demonstrations, emergency procedures, and equipment checks.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold airline standards.
• Collaborate with the flight deck and ground teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• High school diploma or higher.
• At least one year of customer‑service or hospitality experience.
• Height of at least 160 cm with an arm reach of 212 cm.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Confident swimmer capable of using flotation devices.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Willingness to obtain a Saudi work visa and relocate to Riyadh.
