Cabin Crew Recruitment – Join Riyadh Air in Milan

About the role

Riyadh Air, the new Saudi national airline, is seeking cabin crew members to join its inaugural fleet. The recruitment event takes place in Milan, and successful candidates will be based in Riyadh, representing Saudi hospitality on international flights.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout each flight.
• Deliver high‑quality service reflecting Saudi “Hafawa” hospitality.
• Maintain cabin standards, including cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with boarding, in‑flight procedures, and emergency protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum age 21 years.
• High school diploma or higher.
• At least one year of experience in hospitality or a customer‑facing role.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Height of at least 160 cm with an arm reach of 212 cm.
• Confident swimmer able to use flotation devices.
• Professional appearance – no visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
• Willingness to obtain a Saudi work visa and relocate to Riyadh.
