About the role
The CAFM Operator will perform clerical duties using Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The main purpose is to create and maintain accurate data records for facilities and support preventive and reactive maintenance processes.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and maintain asset data and planned maintenance schedules in the CAFM/CMMS database.
- Generate and issue Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance (RM) work orders.
- Produce periodic reports on maintenance activities for internal and client reporting.
- Classify, file, and retrieve documentation according to company filing standards.
- Communicate work‑order status via the Help Desk and ensure tasks are closed in the system.
Required profile
- Technical diploma with 2‑3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in English (written and oral).
- Strong knowledge of CAFM/CMMS concepts and facility management terminology.
