Campaign Specialist

About the role

Soum is seeking a creative and strategic Campaign Specialist to lead marketing initiatives for its Electronics and Cars categories. You will own end‑to‑end campaign execution across social and digital channels, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and help drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns for the Cars & Electronics categories.
• Lead influencer campaigns from sourcing to execution, including briefing and content direction.
• Create compelling campaign concepts, storytelling angles, copy, scripts, and social media directions.
• Coordinate with Digital, Content, Design, CRM, and Production teams to ensure smooth rollout.
• Manage partnerships with brands and influencers.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend creative optimisations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in campaign management, influencer or brand marketing.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and copywriting in Arabic.
• Effective communication and project coordination skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in automotive or electronics sectors is a plus.
