About the role
We are seeking a practical Carpentry Supervisor to lead our on‑site carpentry team in Riyadh. You will be responsible for coordinating daily tasks, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Assign daily tasks to carpenters and helpers and verify the quality of their work.
- Read and interpret site drawings to guarantee accurate measurements, formwork, and framing.
- Monitor inventory of wood, tools, and hardware to avoid waste and shortages.
- Enforce safety protocols, ensuring all team members wear proper PPE.
- Provide daily progress reports and raise issues to the Site Engineer.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on carpentry experience.
- At least 2 years of experience supervising a crew.
- Based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama or available for immediate hiring.
