Chief Executive Officer

About the role

The Chief Executive Officer will lead a leading investment firm based in Riyadh, partnering closely with the Board of Directors to shape and execute the company’s strategic vision. Reporting directly to the Board, the CEO is accountable for overall performance, governance, and value creation for shareholders across local, Arab, and global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive the firm’s long‑term and short‑term strategy in collaboration with the Board.
• Oversee implementation of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with approved objectives.
• Organise and staff the firm appropriately, making hiring and termination decisions as needed.
• Maintain expenditures within the authorized annual budget.
• Ensure robust internal controls, management information systems, and regulatory compliance, including CMA requirements.
• Communicate effectively with shareholders, employees, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Provide the Board with timely and accurate information to support governance decisions.

Required profile

• Saudi national with eligibility under CMA regulations.
• Minimum 12 years (144 months) of senior leadership experience in investment or financial services.
• Proven ability to develop and enhance client relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing robust business strategies.
• Strong track record of managing large, diversified investment operations.
